Cost:
Shipping & handling
rate is based on weight, which will be calculated automatically during
check-out process, before inputting any credit card information.
Shipping to address in US:
If ordered before 3:00pm PST, you should receive merchandise within 2 to 6
business days.
Certain merchandise requires longer turnaround time, which will be stated
in the individual product description. Turnaround time does not
include shipping time, e.g. if an invitation has turnaround time of 7
days, please allow extra 3 days for shipping.
We use USPS as mail carriers. We are not responsible for
delayed delivery caused by mail carriers. If mail carrier's tracking
system indicates delivery, we are not responsible for lost package.
Shipping to address Outside US:
It will take 4 to 7 business days to reach most destination countries.
Custom clearance may take 2 days in some countries. Custom clearance
fee or duty is the customer's responsibility. If you choose
"without insurance", your package can not be tracked with the
carrier, though the delivery is presumed reliable with the carrier.
Billing Regulations:
1. You may place order with credit card or checking card on our web
site as long as the card bears VISA or MasterCard logo.
2. Money order, cashier's check or international bank draft are
accepted. If you wish to place order by mail, please print out the Mail
Order Form. International customers are encouraged to pay
with money order or bank draft made in US dollar.
3. When using a non-US credit card, if the credit card issuer
refuses to verify billing information, ChinaBridal.com reserves the right
to cancel such purchase.
4. For larger orders, ChinaBridal.com reserves the right to ship to
the credit card billing address only.
