We will be having our wedding in CA, and then another Reception in VA and then probably going to Hawaii. Most likely Maui. Kauai is known as the Garden Island b/c there is a lot of natural beauty, very lush, green island and the Na'Pali coast is breathtaking - great hiking to be found there. But I would also recommend Big Island b/c you can see Kona and Hilo sides.. and you have the active volcano on that island. After the cruise, I felt that a week on each island would have been better. There is tons to do on every island :-) so after our 2nd reception, we think we will focus on just Maui.. v. popular among honeymooners :-)
