Yep, tulle can be bought from any fabric store and comes in different fineness. any fabric store will have a bridal section which should contain tulle. My mom is making mine. My sister bought me my head piece and my mom will attach the veil. There are simple patterns in Butterick or McCalls. If you don't have edging along the edge of the veil it's even easier.. but not too hard to make anyway, and much less than a bridal boutique :-)
