I just saw you are in Long Beach! The bakery we are getting our cake is in Long Beach/Signal Hill. It's called Rossmoor Pastries http://www.rossmoorpastries.com/ They have really nice cakes and all kinds of designs. We got a mango creme with vanilla cake. There's another bakery also called Goldilocks http://www.goldilocks-usa.com/ that does wedding cakes also in the area. Rossmoor is more like the european style while Goldilocks is chiffon asian style. Can you add those to Dimsum also? or you ask them for permission before your post their info? :-)
