I went to school for the combined PharmD, PhD. So for my weekday full time job, I'm a Senior Scientist at a Pharmaceutical company in the Clinical Pharmacology Dept using the PhD. I design and run Phase I clinical studies for new drugs. On weekends I part-time as a Pharmacist to keep my PharmD degree active and keep the hands "wet" in what is being prescribed in the community. My mom was fearful that I would be overeducated and not find a guy who'd marry me ha ha :-) Not true, wedding is in August!
