Hi ladies. I need your help. I'm new to the San Gabrial area, actually new to LA in general. My date is in June. I still don't know or found anyone for Hair and Makeup. I've been asking the few people I know around here for advice and recs. but it's all pretty much lead me to a dead end. I really need to find someone good for hair and makeup, but my budget is tight.
