It would be easiest to find a day that they can all come together. I only have 2 BM, but we live like an hour apart. I found a day a few weeks ago and treated them to lunch. Before we went to lunch though, I had them try on their dresses and shoes. And after lunch, we took the guys to get their tuxs. The other thing you could do if it's really difficult to get them all together is just to mail them their dresses. And if they need to be tailored, they can do that on their own.
