I got my studio and outdoor pictures taken in July 2005 and picked which picture I would like to be added in my album around end of JULY 2005.... It's now March 2006 and still didn't get my album yet.... Their customer service is HORRIBLE... You have to keep calling to ask if it's ready or not.. and they never remember what you are following up and keep telling you same thing over and over like it'll be ready by 2 wks ... now, it's been over 9 months... With other studios, they have everything ready by now. Future brides, DO NOT GO WITH ETERNAL WEDDING STUDIO!!!!! I am pretty sure most of my pics would've came out the same with other studio. Go with the studio that have great customer service. Why would you pay so much money and not get the service you need? Currently, I am doing everything! I am following up every week and make sure if everything is okay and all.. Otherwise, they will never have your albums and video ready!!! DO NOT GO WITH ETERNAL WEDDING!!!! You'll thank me for this!
