That's so funny about the pepper spray! Our original plan was to meet at Disneyworld. Then my 3 younger sisters vetoed it and said that they had to meet him first. So then we planned for him to fly out to VA to meet my family. The plan was for him and I to meet and eat dinner on our own and then drive to MD to pick up my 3rd sister. Then my mom was very curious and excited at the same time and kept calling on my cell to ask us to come home b/c she made water dumplings. So needless to say, we went home for water dumplings, and then drove to MD to pick up my sister who immediately started scoring points. Turns out he earned some 60 points or so for helping her with her luggage, offering her shotgun seat, etc... My sisters husband hearing this story recently said hey! I only got negative decimal points! ha ha! So that was our story :-) Pepper spray was a good idea haha! Actually my biggest fear was that he'd be a guy looking for a green card. So anyway, the rapidity of our emails in the begining we both found that we were the most normal people each had encountered om the internet website ha ha! My FI had some girls from Korea or Russia that straight out said.. I want to marry you to live in USA. interesting, eh? :-)
