I'm also working with Joanne from PP. I've found that although they are not able to really lower any of the prices, they can throw things in for free. One thing off the top of my head, you can get the cake cutting fee waived if you choose not to serve their dessert. Other than that though, there isn't really much that can be waived. Just remember though, it's much easier to have her throw in free stuff than to lower any of the prices.
