Hi ladies, I just want all of you to beware of these photographers! They are found on the knot and wedding solutions. There company is called Connie and Jeff's Photography I booked them back in Nov, of 2005 for my Oct. 06 wedding. I got a 2-photographer package, which is supposed to be the husband and wife. About a week ago, they told me that Connie, (the heart and soul of the company) will be photographing her friends wedding, and will not be able to vendor my event. They gave me 3 options. 1. Downgrade to one photographer and save some money. 2. They will hire outsource a photographer in place of Connie 3. Cancel with a fee!! They went on stating that the contract is for 2 photographers, not specifying whom, and at any time they can replace the photographer. When interviewed I had asked if they would be the photographer and they said yes. As well on their former website (which they have now changed, after my complaint) states that they are a husband and wife team. There is no where on their website that states that there will be outsourced photographers. The main point of the matter was that we booked their services because of Connie’s reputation. We paid for their services because of Connie’s talents and as well Jeff’s assistance of her. All a sudden we were informed that Connie is going to be replaced by another photographer with which we have no prior knowledge of. We do not even know if the replacement is a Jr. Photographer or not. Please all current customers of this company should contact them and make sure that Connie or Jeff will be photographing your event. Also on the contract make sure that both of their names are listed as the photographer. As apart of my reviews and opinions I think They are Very unprofessional, lacks customer service and morals. They put us through so much. They even had to nerve to say they have to charge a fee, because they had to make some kind of money.
