Okay, I don't know why I can't reply to any posts. I don't think it's imperative that you hire a Chinese photog or a photog that has done the tea ceremony as long as you debrief them on the major events (serving tea to parents, door games, etc) and what shots to take. I think the photog's style is much more important.
