You can call and ask Paul Mitchell School in Costa Mesa to check their prices. Ask for a level 2 (advanced) student. I got my hair done there for a bargain and it turned out even better looking than when I did my hair for $300 at a hair salon. They charged like $15 for layers and $75 for a dye job with highlights. So I am sure that if you get a straight perm it should be relatively cheap. They only charge you for the hair products and solutions used to get the process done. They are always busy so you would have to book in advance. I'm very picky with my hair so for any other girls out there tired of spending a fortune getting there hair done this is the place to go to.
