Lee Hom has some really good songs. Jay Chou does too, but I don't know how appropriate his music would be for weddings. Older folks (like my parents and mother-in-law) don't really like Jay Chou... they say he mumbles too much. :D Some other contemporary artists you can also look into: Jasmine Liang (Liang Jin Roo), Jolin Tsai (Tasi I Ling), and S.H.E.
