Hi, before my FI and I met with Joseph, we had some concerns because he was difficult to contact. But we were very impressed with our overall experience meeting him. But he's very dedicated to his work, even though it's a side job. He's also very flexible and willing to work with what you want. I didn't ask him for an assistant since we only wanted him. As a photographer he can move around much faster than a videographer to cover different angles. I don't think an assistant is needed. Let me know if you have any further questions. :)
