A chinese menu doesn't mean that it'll be good food. The food taste like it's cater to white Americans. It's not rich in taste, some things are very liquidy instead of in gravy form. Some are just bland and the ingredient is somewhat missing. I would compare it to a Wok-n-Roll quality. If you really like Sheraton, go for it. But would you be upset if people think it's a bad wedding just because the food is horrible? Some people will remember certain things for a long time. They might not remember what the bride wore on her wedding day, but they will definitely remember the food was bad.
