There is a shop in Chinatown, don't know the name. It's in "THE SHOP" on the second floor in the corner. They sell qi pao for $20 and I'm sure you can bargain it down too since $20 is their opening price. It's quite pretty. "THE SHOP" is the building next to LIDO Center on the corner of North Spring and College.
