Same here. Saturday is the most popular and not surprised that venues, photographers, ceremony sites...etc get booked quickly. Just have your ceremony and reception earlier..I'm planning to have mines 3:30 for ceremony and 5:30 reception (same site). There is actually some advantages of having it on a on sunday. Some places may give you discount (not mines though) and you don't need to worry about vendors being booked...that's my opinion. You could pretty much book whichever vendors you wish for most cases =) I've actually been to many Sunday weddings myself although they are not as popular as Saturday weddings. =)
