yeah...that's what I heard for Chinese tradition bridemaids have to be single. But I don't think people really care for that anymore. Back then, people stayed away from getting marry in July (Lunar calendar) cuz you know..gui(ghost) men (door) kai (open)...but now people get marry whenever they want.
