OK...so here's the thing...I met with Furiwa last Saturday regarding reception planning. She gave me an estimate of how much things would cost and what's included, etc. I'm contemplating booking with them but I am concerned that FI's parents will be unhappy that I am booking without letting them know. Supposedly FI's dad knows the owner at Seafood Place 2 and we can get a good deal there...but I am not sure about the food, location and ambience whereas booking through Furiwa at a hotel, I know the ambience is nice and modern. I think FI's dad wants us to save the money for elsewhere but I don't want a tacky wedding either...sighed....my wedding is next April and I'd like to boook a site soon!
