This is to answer bc's question regarding reception hall in East Bay area. The only Chinese restaurant I know where everyone held their wedding banquets is the Dublin Willow Tree restaurant. 6513 Regional St, Dublin, CA (925) 828-9111 They should have enough space for 50 people.
