You should have the times for the ceremony and reception on the invitation as well as directions. Then your guests can coordinate on their own. Ask family & friends to help you to do the decorations at the reception site and they can be there to greet any early guests. The bridesmaids will need to be with you all day in order for pictures and mainly to help you (dressing, makeup, etc).
