I will be having my wedding ceremony and reception right after at two different locations (about 10 miles away). Can anyone give me suggestions or tips as to how to ensure a smooth flow and how I can better coordinate the decoaration of the ceremony site and reception site? I orig wanted to rely on my bridesmaids to make sure that but they will be with me at the ceremony, and to take pictures after. What time should i tell my guest to go to the reception site if my ceremony ends around 5?
