For fancy colorful ones, you can try papermart.com - for plain white one, try out asian markets or asian restuarant supplies stores. My sister got married a couple of years ago - we got ours at Hawaii Market (in SGV) for about 5 cents a piece (these are the small one). I don't know what they are charging now. Good luck.
