I have yet to meet a limo driver that opens the doors and rolls out the aisle runner. I don't tip the cab drivers as the one time I'm in a cab is when I'm overseas. Actually, the US is the only place in the world that tips. No where else is this common. I met a lady from Australia on a business trip to Vegas and she told me that it's old and rude to expect a tip for a job that they are hired to do. And she meant the bell boy.
