uhm...maybe you don't realize what a cash BAR is? The bride who asked the question said she's still serving wine and soda at the tables and restaurants don't charge for water. while i wouldn't have a cash bar at my wedding, i don't think it's tacky or cheap of a couple to have one. to each their own.
