In the end we didn't go with Jade Palace because we ended up not choosing the venue (Castle Green). Our decision to not go with Castle Green was because we would've had to book and coordinate with a lot of outside vendors (chair/table rentals, linens, chair covers, bartenders, etc.) whereas at Universal Hilton a whole all-in-one package deal was available. If we were to keep our wedding at Castle Green, I wouldn't hesitate at all to book with Jade Palace.
