Hi everyone. I am hoping I could hear about your experience / opinion on the reception room and ceremony sites at Universal Hilton. 1. Reception-- I found out that for a reception of 100-120 guests, the best room available is the club room with a patio attached. Has anyone had their reception in that room before? What was your experience of what do you think of it? I looked at both the club room and the ballroom and thought that the ballroom looks a lot more formal and grand, but the minimum headcount is 150, which is more that the number of guests I am expecting to have. The club room looks less formal with low ceiling but it wasn't set up when I saw it, so maybe it looks much nicer when it's all set up. Pls share your views / thoughts / experience. 2. For the ceremony sites, there are the sierra court and the fountain. Again, neither site was set up when I checked it out, and it didn't look very nice. Plus, I could hear the cars at both sites. The catering mgr assured me that with the ceremony music, you can't hear the car noise. What do you think? Thanks!!!
