I originally wanted to have my wedding and reception at Castle Green in Pasadena and have Grace Catering provide the food. However, Castle Green warned me that the coordinator with Grace Catering has been very difficult and uncooperative to work with them in the past. I contacted Andrew and he said he has his own ways of running things. He did not seem very flexible with working out venue details with the site coordinator such as kitchen requirements, tables and chairs setup, etc. I ended up booking my reception at the Universal Hilton. You may also want to contact Irene from Jade Palace. They also cook their food on-site and she seemed a lot more friendly and flexible.
