Has anyone tried Pearl Catering? Does anyone know if they cook on-site? I've gone to Grace Catering's food tasting too and I agree with JS' comments. But after meeting the coordinator, I worry how Grace Catering will interact with my venue on the day of. Comments? Experience to share?
