grace catering had a food tasting. food wasn't too bad. it was all warm, not hot. dishes came out VERY quickly. lobster was very large, about average taste. fish was very good as was cold dish. shrimp was average, scallops were very good. duck was a flop that nobody at the table wanted. cake was actually pretty good also. overall the service was pretty good, servings were great, food was not bad (not restaurant quality tho, which is expected since he cooks out of the truck). if you have a great reception site and need chinese food i would recommend it. if you want spectacular restaurant quality food then you will want to reconsider.
