Hi Bride2Be...before I moved to LA, I lived in OC and my sisters and I always went to Bebe Studio in Westminster to get our hairs done for large parties. They are located on Bolsa Avenue near Magnolia. The stylists are great. You can bring in a photo of your favorite hair style/up-do and they'll do it perfectly and even throw in their own twist of style. The salon also do hairdo's for famous Vietnamese singers and actors. I believe they also do makeup for an additional charge.
