If you have a large number of guests (over 200), I would suggest you to have place cards for your guests (by individual, couple or family). In this way, there won't be a big line up (possibly delay) at the sign-in table. Another possible option is to have 1 or 2 framed alphabetically seating chart displayed at the sign-in area. So your guests may check their seating by looking into their last name/first name.
