Hi everyone! I'm another victim of the Prince Seafood in Cerritos. My wedding was supposed to be Sept. 10 but it seems like the they won't reopen until after Sept. So, I was thinking about having the wedding at Cerritos Senior Center with 10-course banquet meal with one of the catering cos. Jade or Eastern Pearl. A few concerns are: Is the food served hot at the tables? Do they provide staff? Are the caterers on time? Thanks for any info as I'm nervous about this sudden switcheroo.
