IT really depends on your dress. If its more of a ballgown type of dress, you might want to put it up. But if your dress is a sheath or mermaid style, you should keep it loose and flowing. Also, keep in mind of your wedding location. For instance, if you're getting married on the beach, of course you'd want your hair loose but if its gonna be in a fancy hotel ballroom, I'd say putting it up is the way to go.
